Dustin Beauvais is what happens when you weld grit, fire, and a little bit of holy conviction into a human being and then just… let him loose. Equal parts pipe welder, preacher, business builder, and “we’ll figure it out” operator, he’s the guy who can go from running code welds to building men in a shop classroom without ever changing boots.
He’s spent decades stacking skill on skill—pressure vessels, pipelines, stainless, leadership, turning chaos into production—and somewhere along the way decided that wasn’t enough. So now he’s out here trying to rebuild culture, disciple people, launch training programs, fix broken systems, and probably teach a 19-year-old how to run a clean bead before lunch. He doesn’t do halfway. It’s either excellence or why bother showing up.

This is a high-performance 4-day intensive structure. The total program remains 40 hours and is designed to deliver accelerated hands-on welding instruction, real-time correction, leadership development, and certification preparation in a focused environment.

We partner with high school Career & Technical Education programs and community colleges to prepare your graduating welders for their certification exam — so they can walk across the stage and straight into a credential.

Many students come to us with some welding experience, but we also welcome motivated beginners. If you’re brand new to welding, we’ll be upfront about what to expect and help determine whether this program is the right fit—or recommend the best starting point to help you succeed.
We can help prepare for any weld test required. We also coach for shop-specific employer tests on request. Tell us the job, we’ll match the test prep.
Yes. Investment includes coaching, welding equipment and consumables , test coupons and practice materials, and your completion certificate. The only thing you bring is your boots, your work ethic, and your willingness to learn.
For those who qualify, we offer a simple payment plan: 50% down and the remaining 50% financed interest-free over 12 months. Our goal is simple – get you work-ready without the financial burden getting in the way.
